Type44 in Oberhausen Racecars in Speicher Angrillen Mainz 2001

On December the 9th, 2000, we met in Oberhausen with six Type44, four of them were Sport models. Furthermore, an C4 S4, an Audi 80 and a UrQ completed the mini-meeting. The weather was a bit uncomfortable, but it was very nice nevertheless. Especially as some mysteries of Audis parts usage showed up, but were not totally solved (of course).
Sadly, one of the guys had an engine break down on the trip to Oberhausen and had to drive with a rented VW Golf for the remaining couple of 100 miles :(
I took the pics with my new DigiCam. The first ones are bad, as I forgot to turn "macro" off, the last ones are bad, as it was very dark already and my hand is not steady enough for 1/3rd of a second time of exposure. Very much so, if I feel cold...
I hope you'll like the pics nevertheless, if I get to know the camera better, pics will get better, too!
