While I am busy studying in New Zeaand during a student exchange, my father drives and cares for my, or better our Type44! And then it happened that my father visited his first Audi meeting. Here his report, uncensored of course: "Thanks to the iniative of Jürgen (aka 44Q) a very nice and family-type meeting of Type44 freaks took place in Mainz on the 29th and 30th of September. Most people were there on Saturday, when the weather was rainy and they had -as I was told- much fun being together telling gasoline- and especially Audi-stories in the Eisgrubkeller. Sunday noon, once again 10 drivers and cars met to exchange knowledge and take pictures, with great late summer weather. Crazy was the excitement of the photographers, arranging their models in different positions.
