Special Audis, by private people: Type85 Pickup

Rübe has built himself a fast transporter, using a Typ85 Coupé as a start. This unique car has TÜV, the required German road registration and is registered as a (light) "Truck". Rübe says that it is a pitty that the pickup bed is not arge enough to transport a motorcycle.

The interior ends behind the B-pillar, but in front of it most is stock.

As the rear wheel wells extend far into the mid of the car, they are now surrounded by aluminium sheets which create lockable cargo areas, you could say "lockers" ;). Not a bad idea, as you do not always want to leave cargo/baggage lying on the pickup bed.

Once again the pickup bed, covered with alumium plates. Even the rear lid is self-built.
